We have extensive experience of delivering building projects for clients in a range of sectors, including hospitality, leisure, specialist health, education and commercial. Our diverse workforce of both directly employed staff and subcontractors, and our management team have all the skills and qualifications necessary to ensure your project is a success.

Our main focus is on quality of finish. We do this by undertaking Quality Audits throughout the construction phase, a pre snag and then client snag upon completion to ensure sound end product.

We have a strict protocol in relation to reporting and issuing snag lists using a system of internal checks and balances. We invite the client to be part of any subsequent snag surveys, which will then be persistently monitored and updated until the completion of all items, ready for a thorough clean and handover.

From the ground up we can deliver all aspects of construction works. From traditional brick and block, via steel portal frames to more modern methods in the form of modular builds or SIPS panel constructions, however we can review and suit the client’s needs where required.

In addition we can undertake individual and rollout contracts from minor works to full turnkey projects.

From our inception we have lived and breathed interiors. What started with office interiors our attention to detail and consistent performance, has led PCI to be trusted with a range of projects both large and small from trampoline parks and lab installs to MOD works and a full range of specialist health projects.

We work closely with our clients to ensure that aesthetic and budgetary requirements are met, from conception through to completion. We aim to undertake RIBA Stage 3 to 4 with scaled CAD drawings and developing mood boards we have also invested in 3D modelling, drone and 3D Rendering capabilities, to allow us to provide a better visual service to our clients and prospective client base.
